TU NATIONAL SHOOTS VIDEO IN BUSHKILL WATERSHED

Brian Wagner and I were recently contacted by David Kinney,Trout Unlimited Mid-Atlantic Policy Director. Dave informed us that Trout Unlimited was making a video highlighting their unassessed waters program work here in Pennsylvania and were looking for some help. We were quick to offer a hand and brought in Terry Kleintop from the Bushkill Stream Conservancy to round out the team. Terri was tour guide for the film crew which included Sam Dean (videographer), Mark Taylor (TU Eastern Communications Director), Kathleen Lavelle (TU field technician) ,  Chad Chorney (TU Mid-Atlantic Organizer) and Dave. Brian and I helped where and when our work schedules would allow. After two long days of filming and being pretty much run ragged by Terry, the filming was complete with a little daylight to spare. Sam, Dave, and Mark were eager to try their hand at a little urban fishing and what follows is a blog Mark wrote about the experience. It was truly a pleasure to both work with and be a part of this process and we hope the final video will make more people aware of the importance of the unassessed waters program and the value our local trout streams provide to us all.
