Our chapter was awarded an Embrace-A-Stream grant for $4,500 at the Annual Trout Unlimited Meeting in Redding, California on September 22nd. This grant award allowed our chapter to participate in a week long Embrace-A-Stream Challenge "Give where you fish" fundraising campaign sponsored by TU and Orvis November 5th through the 11th, Because of our generous donors, we were able to unlock additional prize money from Orvis. We netted over $5,500 in donations and prizes, exceeding our goal. In total, with the grant and fundraiser, we raised over $10,000 for the Bushkill Creek restoration project.
